We conduct Safety Awareness Trainings and some basic Self Defense to all ages.
Our training is at no cost and we also share our Damsel in Defense products and how they can protect you and your family.

Hello, I am Heidi, I’m a retired Army Soldier with 28 years of service.
My military career includes intelligence, communications, military police, transportation and logistics.
I have served in several states and also in Europe, Ukraine and Iraq.
Additionally, I served in civilian law-enforcement and taught criminal justice courses.
My husband Erik is also retired from the Army with 32 years of service.
We’ve been married for almost 25 years and have four adult children.
We are glad to be back living on the Central Coast.
We both strive to keep Women and Families Safe with awareness and our Personal Protection Products.
